When Nayth finished school at 17, he headed to Byron Bay to learn how to handmake a skateboard.

In a garage, a guy named Jimmy taught him the process, shaping boards by hand, figuring it out as he went.

A few years later, that experience turned into a small run of Ryde skateboards.

Built from curiosity, learning, and having a crack at something new.
