Exchanges & Returns
At Ryde Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.
1. Our Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging, with all tags still attached.

Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@rydeinternational.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please do not send your item back without prior authorisation.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.
If your return is approved:

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund (following the policy above) and then place a new order for the desired item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or other reasons. These include:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Gift cards.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@rydeinternational.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage/defect. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
7. Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
